What is The Nest Coworking?
The Nest Coworking is a shared office space and is so much more than just a place to work. It’s a much better alternative to working out of the local coffee shop or working alone at home. As much as it is a workspace, it’s also a place to connect and collaborate with other people.

What are your hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. If you are a full-time member, you get 24/7 access via a Key Card and can come in anytime you like.

Can I come in for a tour?
Yes, definitely! We encourage you to come in for a tour and ask questions. We are happy to show you around during our regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (other times available by appointment). Click here to schedule a tour.

How do I pay?
Our coworking membership system automatically charges your credit card on the renewal date each month. Your renewal date is whatever day of the month you started your membership.

What’s your policy on cell phone use in the space?
This is a community space, so we ask that you please be considerate of your neighbors when taking phone calls. Occasional calls at your desk are fine and you can also go into an unoccupied conference room or lounge for that important call. If you know you will be on a long call ahead of time, you can book the conference room for uninterrupted time. If your work requires that you be on the phone all the time, The Nest Coworking may not be the best fit for you.

Is there a maid service?
We do have a service that comes in once a week. In between, we do ask you to help us keep things tidy by cleaning up after yourself, taking out your trash, and doing your own dishes. Please put all food trash into the kitchen trash can. This is a community space and we need to all pitch in to keep it nice and clean.

Who is the space for or not for?
We welcome freelancers, soloprenueurs and mobile workers of all kinds but coworking is not right for everyone. If your job has you on the phone all day, it would be too distracting for others. People whose sole purpose is to solicit business from the other coworkers for multi-level marketing schemes are not a good fit. Lastly, if you are unsocial or absolutely refuse to talk and connect with others, you will be missing out on one of the highlights of the coworking experience. If you’re not sure if you will be a good fit, come in for a tour and utilize the one FREE Fly-In pass to try it out. We want you to help us build a diverse community of professionals in our shared office space.

What’s the policy on printing?
Membership includes use of our networked printer/scanner for light use. Please refer to your membership plan amenities limits. If you need additional printed copies, we ask that you have it done elsewhere such as at a Office Depot, OfficeMax or FedEx/Kinkos stores.

How safe is my stuff?
The Nest Coworking is accessed with a Key Card and also has an alarm system and cameras. Shared, Dedicated and Private Nest members have a locking file cabinet and lockers. Lockers are available for an additional $20/month on a first come/first served basis. Cable locking systems for your laptop/monitor are also a good idea. You can talk to your home/apartment insurance carrier to add additional coverage of your belongings at The Nest Coworking.

How noisy/quiet?
It’s not as loud as a busy coffee shop and it’s not as quiet as a library, but sound levels do tend to vary during the day. It’s not a bad idea to bring headphones if you need some extra concentration time (it’s also the universal sign of “don’t bother me right now”). Please be mindful of your coworkers when having conversations.

Can I use The Nest Coworking as my business address?
If you are a Dedicated Nest and Private Nest member, you are more than welcome to list the The Nest Coworking address as your business address. We can receive your letters and packages as long as you are here to pick them up. Shared Nest members can add this on for $5/month with a 6-month agreement.
