The Jacksonville location in the Riverside/Brooklyn area is a little over 3,500 square foot space showcasing a creative display of connection, collaboration and community personified! Featuring a beautiful art gallery throughout the space maintained by our member the FemArt Gallery with art installations quarterly. The Nest Coworking is the answer to the solitude that comes from working alone from a home office or from the lack of inspiration or motivation from coffee shop meet ups or hosting your next event! And you can't beat our coffee - it's amazing and it's free.

Patricia Orange
Chief Financial Avian & Co-Owner

Patricia Orange is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Avian of The Nest Coworking. She is a serial entrepreneur and lover of life and has lived in Jacksonville, FL since 2004. Born in Livingston, New Jersey and raised in Palm Bay, FL by Haitian immigrants, she excelled in building her business acumen at a young age.

She graduated from Jacksonville University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Patricia has been an entrepreneur for over 8 years and has a passion for business. She has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 7 years and was previously in the Banking Industry for over 10 years. She flipped her first home at the age of 26 and fell in love with all things REAL ESTATE. Her passion for Real Estate married nicely with Christie to become business partners and life-long friends.

Patricia lives in the Mandarin area with her husband and son. When she isn't crunching numbers for The Nest Coworking, she enjoys traveling with her family and friends. Her favorite trips so far have been to Italy and Coachella 2018. Her next goal is to travel to South Africa. She loves reading, watching CNBC, Harry Potter and Star Trek.

Patricia also enjoys giving back to the community. She partners with local organizations on a monthly basis to give back. Most recently, she partnered with B.O.A.T.T. to sponsor lunches for Covid-19 Hospital staff at Mayo Clinic and UF Health Shands Hospital.

Christie Radney
Chief Operating Avian & Co-Owner

Christie Radney is Co-Founder and Chief Operations Avian of The Nest Coworking. As a Jacksonville native and REALTOR, Christie Radney is proud to have always lived on the First Coast.

After 15 years in the medical field, she began her real estate career by investing in and rehabilitating distressed properties and has since delved into a variety of real estate markets, including luxury, historical and mid-century homes.

Christie is best suited with a full plate. While excelling in real estate she created several small businesses in areas of retail, construction and home improvement. She continues to use her expertise in these areas, whether consulting with home buyers/sellers, landscaping her mid-century home, or helping young professionals as they maneuver the ins and outs of starting a new career.

Christie loves woodworking, building, and re-designing or creating new spaces. The Nest allowed her creative spirit to shine. Christie's experience, love of community and Real Estate made her a natural business partner to Patricia. Being a small business owner, she understands entrepreneurship, and takes a hands-on approach in assisting The Nest Coworking members to reach their full potential.
